While no copyrights have expired on U.S. films released after 1963, those lacking a valid notice between 1963 and 1989 can fall into the public domain. However, all these films seem to have valid notices.

Earth vs the Flying Saucers was made in B&W AND had its copyright renewed, so any colorized version is DOUBLY copyrighted.

Murder in Harlem probably wasn’t renewed. Moongleam didn’t list it as such, and few (if any) of the “Negro Theatre” films were.
